Users are also responsible for reviewing all reminders, exports, proof packs, and stored documents before relying on them for business, legal, or compliance purposes.

Uploaded documents, exported proof packs, summaries, timelines, and related outputs are provided for convenience only. Guardara Technologies Inc. does not warrant that any document, export, proof pack, or report will satisfy any audit, court, regulator, insurer, licensing authority, customer, or government requirement.
7. Availability and Reminder Delivery
Reminder delivery and service availability depend on third-party infrastructure, internet access, browser behavior, email systems, calendar systems, and external services. Delays, failures, outages, missed notifications, duplicate notifications, and delivery issues may occur, and Guardara Technologies Inc. is not responsible for losses arising from such events.
8. No Warranty
RenewSentinel is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guardara Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, contracts, opportunities, or compliance status arising out of or related to use of RenewSentinel.
10. Corporate Responsibility Only
All services are provided by Guardara Technologies Inc. only. No officer, director, employee, contractor, founder, or individual affiliated with the Company shall have personal liability arising from the use of RenewSentinel to the maximum extent permitted by law.
